Why is the rear channel of Denon HC4500 not working with UltraMixer?

The HC4500 has a special setting on Windows in the Denon-Control-Panel (ASIO) or on MacOSX (Audio-Midi-Setup) where a 24bit mode (96Khz) can be specified. This mode of the HC4500 deactivates one stereo channel of the audio device. Therefore you shall switch to 16bit/44Khz to activate both outputs.
