Return of software and licenses
Before you purchase the software, you have the opportunity to test it for unlimited time (1h per program
start). This test is for free and without obligation. When purchasing a license, the user confirms that the
software works perfectly. As you have the opportunity to test the software for free, a return is not
possible for reasons of disapproval or the like. The German Civil Code and other regulations are not
affected by this agreement.
The purchase of an MediaType Converter license doesn’t mean that the user buys the software. According to the
German
Civil Code the user acquires a personal license, which is excluded from return. The right to revoke or
return the license is only effective, if there is a difference between the features which are guaranteed in
the test version and the features which are actually available in the full version, respectively after the
registration of the test version. This means that a considerable deficiency must be given, and that it was
not possible for the user to detect this deficiency as the test version is a restricted version. In this
case, the period of time for the return is limited to 14 days, starting from the day the product was
delivered. In addition, the General Terms and Conditions of ShareIt apply.
